I was trying to login to a government web site I rarely visit. I use a password manager, so my password should have been correct, but it wasn’t. Thus, it went to security questions. Who knows whom I put as the favorite author or whom I wanted to meet 6 years ago? Also, the spelling can vary. E.g., was it just the last name or first + last name?
