I am building<\/strike> directing Cursor to build a dashboard and it’s really a headache to work properly in 1 hour resolution around the DST boundaries. Like, in spring you skip an hour and have a 23 hour day, and in the fall it’s even worse, as you repeat the same hour twice, with different UTC values.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, I just ignore it, I take current UTC offset and apply it retroactively to the past, so all days are exactly 24 hours. This is obviously inaccurate, but hey… [imagine this text is a\u00a0 TikTok video, and it loops from the beginning]<\/p>\n
